Stonehill Consulting Group’s on-site Executive Director Service places an experienced nonprofit executive inside your organization to provide leadership, continuity, and stability. This Interim Executive Director directs and supervises the full range of management issues you expect from an executive director, including: staff management, financial control, program execution, fund raising, human resource, and other operational concerns.
Working with Board leadership, Stonehill identifies specific goals and objectives for the transition period, and accomplishes those objectives. For example, a leadership transition is the ideal time to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your nonprofit organization’s staff, and to take action to improve the overall functioning of your staff team. Stonehill works closely with your board to assess the staff, makes recommendations for improvement, and, when approved by the board, implement these changes.
